Job Title: Courier Service Supervisor

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Courier Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our courier services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 courier drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their daily targets and adhere to company policies.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, including metrics on delivery times, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
  • Training and Development: Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a transportation or logistics company.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and pressure to meet targets.
