Job Title: Transportation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to join our team at Motion Logistics Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and logistics operations of our company. This includes managing finances, arranging shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and establishing policies for the transportation and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage finances and budget for transportation operations
  • Arrange for shipping documentation and track goods in transit
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations
  • Establish and implement policies for transportation and storage of goods
  • Negotiate with service providers for preferential rates
  • Oversee scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
  • Monitor revenue and set transportation service rates
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Compile statistics and reports
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff
  • Plan and direct daily operations
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 2 years of experience in transportation management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
