We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at Mor Logistics Manitoba Limited. As a key member of our dispatch operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet Management: Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Work Record Maintenance: Maintain work records and logs, including vehicle operator work records.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and respond to urgent calls from individuals in life-threatening situations.
  • Logistics Support: Assist with maintenance of communications equipment, record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, and keep track of shipments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
