About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at MDH Enterprises Inc. as a Kitchen Operations Manager. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Team Management
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the kitchen and ensure a skilled and experienced team.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Language and Communication
    • Work in English as the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule
