Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Team Leader to join our team at OPENLANE Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all drivers complete their mandatory training in a timely manner.
  • Extend clerical support to the team, including Transport Clerks, Dispatchers, Supervisors, and Manager.
  • Attend Health and Safety meetings and train new hires.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with lead drivers and the mechanical department.
  • Train and assist with the APP, expectations of inspections, and safe driving meetings.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Good customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Valid G License - Clean Driver's Abstract.
