Job Title: Construction Laborer

Gulutzen Concrete Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to assist our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Operate heavy equipment, including concrete vibrators and jackhammers
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
  • Flexibility and reliability
