Retail Store Manager

Petro Canada Victoria is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
