As a DevOps expert at Desjardins, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining, and upgrading software products to meet the organization's requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive business value. Your expertise in technology and ability to anticipate innovation will enable you to develop, standardize, and roll out medium- to large-scale IT systems, programs, and applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing execution strategies and analyzing and developing software products (design, code, and automate run tests) while applying development, data, and security best practices
  • Documenting technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability and developing documentation for training purposes
  • Providing technical support for IT operations, analyzing, diagnosing, following up on, and resolving critical and complex system issues
  • Cocreating with business partners and architects to understand business intentions and objectives and standardizing solutions accordingly
  • Leading software package installations and testing as well as in-house application deployment

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
