Job Summary


Maintain a safe and organized work environment as a key member of our team.


We are seeking an experienced Yard/Warehouse Operator to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform daily inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Participate in daily toolbox meetings to discuss safety protocols and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively in a team-based environment and independently to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Move heavy equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain yard organization and adhere to management-set standards.
  • Receive and verify all incoming orders and materials.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and courteously.
  • Complete maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy yard environment.

Requirements


Must have experience with rough terrain forklifts, unloading, and loading 50' lengths of pipe.


Experience with overhead crane operation is considered an asset.


Ability to drive a 1-ton truck and 30' gooseneck trailer is also considered an asset.


Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.


Able to prioritize tasks accordingly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
