The Alberta Pensions Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employer Services Representative. This role involves providing exceptional client service to participating pension plan employers throughout Alberta, ensuring that they comply with all pension rules and regulations.

About the Role

">

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for assisting employers by providing support for submission of routine complex pension information, ensuring that all pension obligations are met. You will also establish and maintain strong relationships with employers to ensure high client satisfaction, providing excellent client service by addressing incoming phone calls and written inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you must have a completed certificate or diploma (in business or finance is desirable) and 2-5 years of work experience in a business or financial institution where calculations are performed, policies and procedures are followed, and a client focus exists. You should also have knowledge of pension legislation and policies, pension benefits and plans, and strong client service, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience explaining complex pension topics to pay and benefits administrators is highly desirable.
