Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Wrinch Memorial Hospital. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate patient care and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and perform nursing procedures under the direction of the Director of Care or designate
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments and provide care to patients in accordance with the Standards of Practice as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives

Requirements

- Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
