About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Consultant to join our Toronto branch. As a key member of our team, you will design and deliver industry-leading SharePoint solutions that provide measurable value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement technical solutions by understanding client requirements through your business and technical consulting skills.
  • Create detailed documentation, including conceptual design, logical design, physical design, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Work as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with other Long View business units and practices to ensure projects progress efficiently and in a timely fashion.
  • Assist with pre-sales engagements and qualification of sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant industry certifications and accreditations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of industry experience as a subject matter expert in the Microsoft technology stack.
  • 5+ years of experience with SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, and SharePoint Online solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate) configuration, management, and governance.
  • Experience with project work in technologies such as Microsoft Purview and data compliance.
  • Ability to assist in the planning, designing, configuring, testing, and implementing of SharePoint Server.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio, SharePoint Web Interface, and SharePoint Designer for custom solutions.
  • Experience working in a hands-on capacity with clients in solution delivery.
  • Broad knowledge of multiple hardware and software technologies and strong experience in working with complex solutions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences through various delivery methods and situations.
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions).
  • Professional experience across a wide range of technologies, including systems, network, server, and cloud offerings.
