Shepherd's Care Barrhead, located in the vibrant community of Barrhead, is seeking a Health Care Aide to join our team. As a Health Care Aide, you will provide support and advocacy to residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide meal service and mobility/transfer assistance in a safe and caring manner
- Work collaboratively with the clinical care team to ensure resident-focused care
Requirements:
- Registered with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
- Completed Bridging Modules, if required
- Effective English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
