About the Role
Savers is seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Warehouse & Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience and supporting our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, celebrating the uniqueness of our customers, donors, and team members.
- Support the efficient operation of our warehouse and production areas, ensuring timely and accurate processing of merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
