Yellowknife Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic and Repair: Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and repair complex automotive issues, including engine, electrical, and transmission problems.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements, to ensure our customers' vehicles are running at peak performance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
- Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
