Financial Director

At Onn Chong Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and investigating compliance issues, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and investigate compliance issues, and establish and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data, and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and instruct groups, conduct performance reviews, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
