We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Brand Specialist to join our team at BrainStation. As a Marketing Brand Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the brand team in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth, integrity, awareness, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and execution of brand activations to drive business results.
  • Contribute to various projects, including marketing activities, copywriting, multimedia production, data analytics, and more.
  • Develop, write, and edit authoritative content for our websites to engage and inform our audience.
  • Work with SEO tools to research, monitor, and maintain the health of our digital properties to ensure optimal visibility.
  • Use a Content Management System (CMS) to create and maintain site content that aligns with our brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with global teams to create and curate content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Concept, create, and manage social media content to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain editorial calendars for content, email marketing, and social media to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand.
  • Identify new channels and distribution methods to increase engagement and the size of our audience.
  • Ensure that all outputs are consistent and aligned with the global brand.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and branding.
  • Strong demonstrable writing skills in different modalities.
  • Strong track record in collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to navigate complex marketing challenges.
  • Familiarity with creative design tools such as Figma, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Love of learning and willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven work ethic to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment to achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of content management systems is an asset.
