Job Summary

At HARPER FARM, we are seeking a skilled Farm Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and productivity of our crops and livestock.

Key Responsibilities

- Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas
- Harvest seedlings, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- Weeding, fertilizing, and spraying crops
- Harvest crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry

Work Environment

- Work must be completed at the physical location, with no option to work remotely
- Work site environment includes outdoors, wet/damp, dusty, hot, and dirty conditions

Requirements

- Will train, with no degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Physically demanding work, with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and bending, crouching, and kneeling

Additional Information

- Overtime required, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
