Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Westend Tech Ltd. DBA The Mighty Fraser Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
