About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Atlantik Quality Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, as well as provide personal care and support.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their well-being.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as shopping for groceries and household supplies.
Requirements
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Health Care Aide Certificate, and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Experience: Experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a related field is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
