About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nespresso Coffee Advisor to join our team at Acosta. As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting Nespresso coffee products and providing exceptional customer service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Promotion: Excite customers by promoting Nespresso coffee products and sharing your expert knowledge with customers and staff alike.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management to elevate the customer experience.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Trade Partners: Work with multiple Nespresso trade partners at 1 to 3 store locations daily to promote and leverage product promotions.
Requirements
  • Retail Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a coffee-related environment.
  • Engaging Personality: A strong and engaging personality with the ability to approach customers and build rapport.
  • Availability: Part-time weekend availability is required.
  • Passion for Coffee: A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to share that passion with others.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from locations is required.
