We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our guided hunting trips, providing expert guidance and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare camping gear and equipment
• Operate and maintain firearms safely and efficiently
• Advise clients on regulations, environmental guidelines, and best practices
• Plan and lead expeditions to remote locations
• Set up and take down camps, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and under pressure
• Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and navigate challenging terrain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

Our guides will be working in rural areas, often at heights, in extreme weather conditions, and in physically demanding environments. The ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize safety is essential.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, successful candidates may be eligible for bonuses and performance-based incentives.
