This role requires a strategic, collaborative, and creative team player who can foster a consultative approach and build strong relationships. You'll focus on nurturing new sales opportunities, leveraging innovative lead generation tools, and amplifying our professional local brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads using our advanced social media opportunities
- Develop and maintain a professional local brand to attract targeted connections and relationships
- Coordinate schedules and travel to optimize client meetings
- Conduct business with the highest ethical and professional standards
- Collaborate with the team to demonstrate our resources and expertise to clients
- Execute a high level of integrity and trust with internal and external customers
- Advance qualified business leads through strategic touchpoints and our custom Pilot Software
- Synthesize real estate data and information into cohesive stories for market updates and presentations
- Maintain a deep understanding of real estate service categories
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and drive creative concepts
Qualifications:
- High energy and a winning attitude
- 1+ years of previous real estate experience or new agents looking to gain experience via a 6-month training program
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients
Pay:
- $80,000 - $750,000+, based on commissions and growth
- Diversified income sources through subsidiary businesses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$650,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
