Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time medical oncologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative care team committed to excellence, participating in clinical, research, administrative, and educational activities.

Requirements

  • Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine, along with a certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology.
  • Eligibility for appointment to medical staff of BC Cancer, and Royal Jubilee Hospital.
  • Valid license to practice medicine in Canada.

  • Commitment to upholding the shared responsibility of creating lasting and meaningful reconciliation in Canada.
  • Knowledge of social, economic, political, and historical realities impacting indigenous communities, and familiarity with Indigenous Cultural Safety and anti-racism reports.
