Product Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Director to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving growth through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver new products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure access to innovative products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to inform product strategy and development
- University degree in Business or a related field; MBA or Product Management certification is an asset
- 5+ years of leadership experience in product management or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
