Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team on a Part-Time/Casual basis. This role will involve providing professional assessment and treatment to patients in their homes and communities, developing effective care plans, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients in their homes and communities
• Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with community healthcare teams
• Provide guidance on workplace health and safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
• Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and scheduling systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with French language is an asset
