We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at beBee Professionals in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly, and perform welding operations using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, and make adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality work.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition to ensure optimal performance and efficiency, and collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure high-quality work, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a safe working space.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship, and certification in welding techniques, such as AWS or CWB.
  • Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting, and a strong understanding of metal fabrication and assembly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals, and maintain a safe working space.
