Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

Ai Insurance Organization Inc. is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in digital marketing disciplines, including CRM management, graphic design, copywriting, social media, and website content management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually engaging graphics and videos for digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • Copywriting and Content Planning: Develop compelling content for insurance blogs and social media posts, ensuring a consistent voice and message across all channels.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily social media operations, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analytics.
  • Website Content Management: Update website content regularly to keep it fresh and relevant for our audience.
  • CRM Management: Manage and monitor lead interactions within HubSpot CRM to ensure effective engagement and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance brokerages or B2B environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, especially HubSpot, Vertafore SIG, and Pathway.
  • Strong skills in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing business social media accounts and using content management systems.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian insurance and surety industry is highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of paid media strategy for Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn is a plus.
