About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned golf operations executive to lead our team at ClubLink Corporation ULC. As a Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, including golf, food and beverage, and retail services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in golf operations, preferably within a multi-unit environment. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the management team.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage the performance of department managers and their staff.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the club's brand and services.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in golf operations, preferably within a multi-unit environment.
  • College/University diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in golf course maintenance, clubhouse operations, and food and beverage services.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
