**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Pharmacovigilance Associate to join our team at Pharmascience. As a key member of our pharmacovigilance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Salary: $55,000 per year (Estimated)

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze and document literature articles for pharmacovigilance analysis, providing insights to support regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in drafting pharmacovigilance agreements with partners, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Support the team in preparing annual reports, showcasing our commitment to transparency and compliance.
  • Participate in pharmacovigilance audits, ensuring our systems meet regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to implement corrective or preventive action plans, enhancing our overall quality.
  • Perform reconciliation activities with partners and departments to guarantee timely adverse event receipt.
  • Support various pharmacovigilance-related tasks, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Proficient in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Detailed-oriented with good knowledge of computer tools.
