About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of labourers and other construction personnel.
  • Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Train and develop the skills of our construction team members.
  • Monitor and control costs, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in residential construction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
