Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Light-weight Building Systems Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure projects meet design and regulatory requirements.
  • Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure timely delivery and minimize waste.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules, milestones, and progress reports to track project status and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage labor and coordinate with contractors to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to clients, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Motivate and lead a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Willing to relocate for project assignments.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project.
  • Experience in structural engineering, steel industry, and welding.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for project assignments.
