About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring that high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent culinary knowledge, and experience in managing a team of cooks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including line cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen porters.
  • Maintenance: Maintain inventory records, order supplies, and ensure that equipment is clean and well-maintained.
  • Food Safety: Implement and maintain food safety procedures, ensuring that all food handlers adhere to guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this position are 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends required.Language:
