Job Opportunity:

Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre is seeking a skilled General Neurologist with a subspecialty interest in stroke to join our team. As a leading teaching hospital and referral center for stroke, we offer a unique opportunity for academic and teaching as well as research opportunities.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced neurologist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our neurology department. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in stroke and a passion for teaching and research.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with neurological disorders
- Participate in the development and implementation of neurology department policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students and residents

Requirements:

- MD or equivalent degree
- Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership
