The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in delivering master data management solutions and data sharing for healthcare organizations, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and leading high-performing teams.

  • A salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing professional services team
  • Establishing and maintaining a Project Management Office (PMO) and mentoring team members in best practices
  • Ensuring all professional services projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals
  • Monitoring and managing the professional services team to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction
  • Managing the professional services profit and loss (P&L), ensuring profitability and growth

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience building, managing, and mentoring professional services teams, including P&L accountability
  • Expertise in data sharing and integration services for healthcare delivery organizations
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a PMO and implement project management best practices
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills
