About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Maple Leaf Marinas Holdings G.P. Inc. as part of our site operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, ensuring timely delivery to site locations.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Assistance with Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, working closely with construction teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Demolition Support: Assist in demolishing buildings, following safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The role requires a high level of physical fitness, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
