**Job Summary**

We are seeking a part-time Softgoods Sales Associate for our store in Woodstock, ON.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively meet customer needs;

• Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes as required;

• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards to ensure a visually appealing store environment;

• Perform cycle counts as required to maintain inventory accuracy;

• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals;

• Handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.

**Physical Demands of the Position**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to:

• Stand and/or walk for extended periods;

• Bend, twist, and squat to access merchandise and stock shelves;

• Lift and/or move up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) to stock shelves and move merchandise;

• Perform tasks involving firm grasping and repetitive hand motions;

• Reach above shoulder height and below waist level to access merchandise and stock shelves;

• Operate equipment, including using a ladder, to access high shelves and stock merchandise.
