About the Role

Fidelity Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Advisor, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing investment servicing, retention, and fostering portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on investment strategies, capital markets, and other aspects of their financial needs.
  • Work closely with the Sales Development VP, products, and investment management to execute on strategies for long-term client relationships.
  • Mentor and guide Wealth Advisors to build a development pipeline and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements
  • Completion of a University degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-7+ years of experience in investment management and advising retail and high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong investment management experience and financial planning experience.
  • Bilingual in English/French is an asset.
  • Additional designations such as CFP, MBA are an asset.
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) and have the ability to sell both mutual funds and securities.
