Job Summary:
This role provides critical support to internal and external customers in navigating CARM and CBSA Trade verification processes. The successful candidate will assist customers in registering for CARM, provide support for CBSA audits, and offer guidance on compliance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for CARM and CBSA Trade verification processes
- Assist customers in registering for CARM and resolving related issues
- Offer guidance on CBSA audits and compliance-related matters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless trade facilitation
- Stay up-to-date with customs rules and regulations to provide accurate guidance
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Excel, Word, and Power BI
- Good planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
- CCS designation and bilingualism (French and English)
