Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BC Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our food service needs.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their food in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
