Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of pest control technicians to ensure superior customer service.
  • Provide direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control.
  • Travel throughout the territory to visit clients, assist pest technicians, and partner with the sales team on business development.
  • Submit regular reports and monitor scheduled appointments for efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role with a focus on customer service.
  • Pest control management experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach service professionals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications.
  • Pass a pre-employment background screen and possess a valid driver's license.
