Software Development Engineer: Entry-Level

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer to join our team at Plunge. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and shipping software to production.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality software code
- Test and debug software to ensure it meets the required standards
- Work closely with the product team to understand customer needs and develop solutions
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proficiency in languages commonly used across the web, including Javascript, TypeScript, and Python
- Knowledge of React, NextJs, and ability to rapidly navigate RESTFul APIs and GraphQL, alongside SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong track record in leading and driving projects to the finish line, even under ambiguity
- Strongly passionate about building and owning a product from end to end
- Base salary range of CAD $105,000 - $145,000 a year
