Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Forklift Operator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing freight for shipment, as well as performing LTL duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against shipping documents
  • Sort and segregate freight based on destination
  • Stage freight for outbound shipments in an organized manner
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience working in a cross dock or warehouse environment preferred
  • Valid Forklift license is required
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
