Job Title: Shipper/Receiver

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our Warehouse team at 600 Clarke Road, London. This is a full-time position on our Afternoon B Shift (Monday-Friday, 2:50pm-11:10pm).

Job Summary:

The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, as well as shipping out products to customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, including unloading freight and sampling for quality assurance
  • Put away materials into the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels
  • Perform daily inspections of equipment and complete pre-op reports
  • Ship out products to customers, meeting department targets and maintaining standards
  • Work safely and follow all policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • OSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing
  • Ability to safely perform physical work, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Powered industrial truck experience would be considered an asset
  • Capability to obtain McCormick forklift certification for pallet truck, counterbalance, and narrow aisle
  • SAP knowledge would be considered an asset
