About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Alpine Meadows Resort Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contractor Management: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Appliance Repair: Perform minor repairs on appliances, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Safety and Security: Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair, to maintain the resort's facilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Resort environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
