Canada Electronic Theatre Controls Full time

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to collaborate with our R&D team in Middleton, developing innovative IoT-based commercial building controls systems.

Our ideal candidate has experience in low-level programming and/or embedded firmware, as well as knowledge of Real-Time Operating Systems (e.g. Zephyr RTOS) and embedded system security.

Preferred skills include Open Thread decentralized mesh networks, CoAP, Zephyr, and Linux.

This position will be based at our Squamish office.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assume design responsibility, including making design modifications or improvements to existing and special projects.
  • Analyze project problems to determine probable cause and potential solutions.
  • Compile project schedules, specifications, test plans, equipment purchases, and release of related documentation.
  • Contribute to departmental process and quality programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree.
  • All levels of previous work experience will be considered.
