Our Mission

As a Wireless Sales Representative at The Mobile Shop, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Canadians with the latest innovations in telecommunications. You will serve as the frontline advisor, utilizing your expertise to guide customers towards their optimal phone of choice and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services.
• Establish genuine relationships with customers; offering expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans to fit their personalized needs.
• Understand our carrier mix, promotional offerings, and pricing.
• Upsell additional products to enhance the customer's experience.
• Collaborate with your peers to increase and drive store traffic to boost sales.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and mobile devices in the telecommunications industry, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Perform follow-up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction post-sale.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.
