Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing manual therapy treatments to patients, assessing their needs, and developing treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide manual therapy treatments to patients, including massage, soft tissue mobilization, and joint mobilization
- Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans to help them achieve their goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements
- Registration with the provincial college as a Licensed Massage Therapist
- Experience working in a physiotherapy clinic or related setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
