Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by investigating incidents, conducting risk assessments, and implementing preventive measures. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate workplace accidents or illnesses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct regular inspections of workplaces to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop training programs on safety protocols and best practices
  • Analyze data on incident reports to inform safety initiatives and improve overall performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Language and Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, requiring the ability to work 32 hours per week. Fluency in English is required.
