Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in large-scale logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site EHS programs across North America.
  • Certifications: CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or equivalent credentials highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of OSHA, EPA, DOT (U.S.), and provincial safety and environmental regulations (Canada). Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale EHS programs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in EHS management systems and reporting tools.
